OUR WORK
Georgia Crisis Line
THE CHALLENGE
Georgia’s Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) came to us when they wanted to ensure Georgians knew about resources available to help them quit or limit alcohol use in order to live longer, healthier lives.
We met this challenge with expert:
campaign design
audience research
message strategy
video production
information design
We asked…
What if...
we disrupt stigma and help people access free and local support for quitting or limiting alcohol?
THE APPROACH
We asked Latino, Hispanic and Asian Americans across the state about alcohol use. We discovered that many had misconceptions and wanted practical resources and information that didn’t make them feel shamed for consuming alcohol.
So, we developed a campaign with data and empathy at the forefront, and tested messages with Georgians across the state.
Three Big Ideas
There may be healthier ways to drink.
Be someone your loved ones can count on.
Let’s talk. Anytime.
THE RESULTS
Through our insights and expertise, we crafted a state-wide campaign featuring digital and social media ads, infographics, and videos in multiple languages (including English, Spanish, and Korean) to drive residents to resources and support.
We improved the health and safety of all Georgians by helping change attitudes and behavior involving the use of alcohol.
